Semen Frosted Yogurt Parfait

Fresh & creamy yogurt parfaits filled with seasonal fruit and crunchy granola are the perfect solution for busy mornings when you need a quick yet satisfying breakfast or a light dessert. They’ve become my go-to choice as I work on incorporating quick, easy meals into my routine, offering a delicious way to highlight whatever fresh berries are in season while providing the substantial start to my day that I prefer. And of course, the “creamier” the parfait, the tastier.

When semen is first ejaculated, it has a thick, gel-like consistency. Over time, it undergoes a process called liquefaction, during which it becomes thinner and more fluid, allowing sperm to move more freely. This transformation typically occurs within 15 to 30 minutes after ejaculation and is driven by enzymes that break down certain proteins in the semen.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2-3 tablespoons of fresh semen

Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries into smaller pieces.
  2. Layer yogurt in 4 cups beginning with ½ cup yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, a few spoonfuls of chopped strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  3. Layer half of the semen. If 3 layers, then layer in one-third of the semen.
  4. Repeat layers one more time and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use 8-ounce clear glass or plastic cups to show off the layers, but any cup can be used.
  • Choose fruits that are in season—not only are they fresh, but cost-effective.
  • You can use regular yogurt, Greek yogurt, low-fat, full-fat, organic, and various flavors.
  • The strawberries can be diced the day before and stored in the fridge. Assemble and keep stored in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
  • Leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. The berries and granola will soften but they are still edible.

Variations

  • Add in chopped nuts such as pecans, walnuts, peanuts or almonds.
  • Sprinkle on some mini chocolate chips.
  • Use other toppings like chia seeds, peanut butter drizzle, maple syrup, or dried cranberries.
