My male friends and I used to play this. It is more fun when there is a group of you but requires a minimum of 4.
Typically, there are 2 guys kneeling with their heads up and facing forward (hands on knees is not required but good practice). You could have more kneeling, if there are enough men in the picture.
In front of each kneeler should be a line of masturbating men. In the case of 2 kneelers, 2 lines.
The challenge is to see who flinches or moves away first. The variable of the game is that you just do not know which masturbator will cum first and onto the kneeler (typically in the face).
If the kneeler gets ejaculated on but doesn’t react or flinch, he is still in the game and the next masturbator in line steps up to the plate.
The loser not only licks or consumes the cum off of him but also has to “clean” the cum off of the winner(s).
After each round, you need to switch out the kneelers.
